HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Mr. Echols performed our inspection for my clients earlier today. He arrived promptly on time at the desired location. He was polite, professional and informative. Pretty thorough report (for a baseball player, actually a Very Good ballplayer). Yes, I would absolutely recommend Mr. Echols. My home inspection on the 3rd of October went way beyond what I expected. I highly recommend Mr. Echols for an extremely well-done evaluation of Chimney area problem that has been haunting me, and most probably, the previous owner for over 10 years. A professionally done computerized report, which also included recommendations of individuals and contractors for quotes which required contact with several realtors whom they may have used in the past for home-closings. This rate was based upon the limits of his inspections of the exterior as well as interior and will be submitted to my State Farm Agent to describe the complexity of my problem. A high quality job!
